Dr. Ursula Herman is a pelvic floor expert, researcher and educator dedicated to helping women improve their intimate health, confidence and wellbeing (MSc, PhD Health Sciences in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation).
For more than 12 years, she has supported women through evidence-based pelvic floor training, combining clinical expertise with a modern, practical approach to female health.
In 2019, as part of her doctoral research in pelvic floor rehabilitation, she published pioneering work on personalized biofeedback-assisted training for women experiencing stress urinary incontinence.
She is also the founder of PelviCoach, a digital health platform developed to support data-driven pelvic floor training in collaboration with healthcare professionals across Europe.
Today, Ursula combines science, movement and education to help women reconnect with their bodies, strengthen pelvic floor function and create lasting change through accessible, evidence-based programs.
Her mission is simple: to make pelvic health, confidence and intimate wellbeing available to every woman, at every stage of life.
