How do I pay for the workshop?
Payment is made online during registration via the secure checkout system.
Your place is confirmed once payment is completed.
Can I pay on-site?
No.
All workshops must be booked and paid in advance.
This helps us keep the group size small and well organized.
Can I cancel my participation?
Yes.
You can cancel your participation up to 14 days before the workshop and receive a full refund.
What if I cancel less than 14 days before the workshop?
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable.
However, you may:
- transfer your spot to another woman (after notifying us), or
- request a voucher for a future IntimiFitness workshop (subject to availability).
What if the workshop is canceled by the organizers?
If the workshop is canceled by the organizers, you will receive:
- a full refund, or
- the option to transfer your payment to another date or city.
What if I cannot attend due to illness?
If you are unable to attend due to illness, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to find a fair solution.
Is my payment secure?
Yes.
All payments are processed via secure, encrypted payment systems.
Do you offer refunds if I leave early or change my mind?
No.
Refunds are not available once the workshop has started.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes.
An invoice can be provided upon request after purchase.
